
Hi everybody, didn't get to write anything during the weekend, but now I'm back! Have you missed me? ;-)
My weigh-in yesterday went well! I wasn't able to stay within my points during the weekend, so I was hoping to maintain. I did actually lose 0,2 kg (0.4 lbs) which I think is fair. I'll just watch my points a bit extra this week and I'm sure I'll lose more.
The birthday party for my grandma went fine. I knew what was for lunch and had a plan ready which I did stick to. Still, it was more points than I was hoping for, but I didn't binge and still felt satisfied.
This week, I'll try to get back into my workout regime. My foot still hurts, but I'll try and go for a walk every day and do some time on the crosstrainer. Check back with me, I'll post about my progress :-)

That's brilliant Tina,like Hel said, that you've been away for the weekend and still managed to lose weight!I've been trying to avoid alcohol but gave in to temptation this weekend and had some wine. Luckily I still managed to lose 1 lb so it wasn't too bad.I also need to exercise this week so I'll think about you when I'm out walking. Have a good week.Mand xx
