Week 3 - Day 1



Went to my weigh-in yesterday evening hoping I'd have lost 1,2 kg (2.6 lbs) which would mean I'd got my first gold star. I stepped on the scales, and what do I see? I've lost 2,2 kg (4.8 lbs)! I was so happy! Now I've lost a total of 4 kg (8.8 lbs) in 2 weeks which is great! Especially since I haven't been able to pick up on my gym routine again because my foot still hurts. Oh well, I'll just have to try and go out on walks, we were actually challenged by our WW-leader to walk either 200 km (124 miles) or 300 km (186 miles) until Easter, meaning we have to go out and walk 30-45 minutes every day from today until Easter. I'll try and make the 300 km challenge! Walking is fun and doesn't put as much pressure on your knees and feet as other excercise does. Let's see how I'll manage!

That's great Tina well done. I've managed to lose 7.5lbs in the last two weeks and my main exercise is walking. I'm really enjoying reading your blog, it helps to keep me motivated reading about others trying to lose weight. Keep up the good work and have a good week! Mand x

Wow that's fantastic Tina, well done!!! And to think you were so worried about losing at all! You're doing so well. I love catching up with you after our weigh-in's. The walking challenge hasn't been mentioned over here but I will try and do it too, alongside your challenge. It will be fun to be doing it together....just in different countries!!!
