I seriously need to get up earlier than I do. 9 a.m. is just too late. Easy to fall into bad habits when you're in between jobs.
Well, anyway, I'm just having breakfast. I just love porridge, so it's easy to eat healthy at breakfast.I will continue planning next week's meals later today. I have to go shopping tomorrow, and I hate forgetting half of the ingredients I need... My dear old mother-in-law (hey, she IS old, she's 91) is moving to a retirement home next week, and I've promised to take care of all the cooking. I've already found some great recipes I know she'll like, it's good to have this may cook books (even though my husband thinks I should sell half of them off).
Well, better go for now. Maybe I'll post more later today.
