Week 2 - Day 4

I did the thing you shouldn't do today - I stepped on my bathroom scale. I know it's stupid because it never compares to the scales at your WW-meeting, but I was feeling a bit wild and crazy, what can I say? And well, according to my bathroom scale, I haven't lost any weight at all so far this week... I really hope this is dead wrong, because I've really been a good girl, staying within my points and writing everything I eat down in my journal (I bought one of these 14-week-WW-journal to keep on track). Well, let's hope my bathroom scale is lying ;-)

Food-wise, I think I've had a great week so far. I've always made the main meal (lunch) completely from scratch (yes, I'm proud!), and in the evenings I've had WW-ready meals. I was even able to treat myself to a WW-pizza yesterday evening, a Capricciosa for 8,5 Points. Gosh, what will life be like when you'll have to live off 18 points a day instead of 25? Well, that day that sorrow (european proverb, don't know the english equilivant...). I must say being home does have it's good points. I mean, not that I enjoy being unemployed, but you have much more time for doing things like cooking and meeting friends. I met one of my closest friends on Wednesday, and I hadn't seen her for more than half a year... To my defence, she lives 300 km (150 miles) away, but still, unexusable!

Well, I better get on with my day. Hubby is coming back from working in Denmark these last two weeks, and I haven't been able to acchieve as much as I wanted to household wise... Will hopefully write more this weekend!

Hi Tina,

Just wanted to wish you luck with your weight loss. I also go to weight watchers and like you have started and given up several times. This time though I am determined to see it through. I may not have as much to lose as you but I'm definately not one of them skinny girls with only 20lbs to lose. Well done on your loss so far, keep up the good work! Have fun when your husband gets home, after all they do say sex is one of the best (and most fun) forms of exercise.

Mand x

Tina,
I am also guilty of standing on my scales this week, and like you I haven't lost a thing!!! They must lie, don't you think?? lets hope so. My weigh day is monday, yours is too isn't it? I'm absolutley dreading it!! I've actually been ill this week, i've had a tummy bug so have hardly eaten anything and not managed to keep down what I have eaten. I know that it can be bad when I don't eat all my points, but still.....Not fair!!! Anyway, good luck. Check in with me when you've had your weigh-in and don't be disheartened in the meantime!!!
