Finally I'm on track with my blog. Had to move it from blog.com to blogspot.com, didn't like the site layouts at blog.com. So that's why there are 4 posts yesterday with different titles...
I am still going strong. Just put on the bandage on my foot again since I will help my mother-in-law with some stuff at her new place today. I hope my foot is better tomorrow or on friday so I can at least go for a light workout at the gym.
Today's lunch will be fish with herbs (some new kind of fish called pangasius which is both very tasty and affordable!). I don't know what I'll do for dinner yet, I had the last of my WW-ready meals yesterday evening. It was the best of the 3 different ones I've tried; a lasagna bolonese. I had the spagetti bolonese for lunch on Saturday and was hungry again after ½ hour... You have to have loads of salad with it to make it a good meal.
How about you guys? What do you do for lunch and dinner/tea?

Tina,
Welcome to the wonderful world of blogging! I really feel like blogging has helped me a lot in my weight loss journey. I love being encouraged by reading other people's blogs. I'll be stopping by to see how you're doing. Congrats on your weight loss so far. Keep it up!
Tina,
I find that if I have a sandwich at lunchtime it keeps me going til dinner...either that or pasta salad, or mixed rice. Choose foods that will fill you up so you're less likely to pick. I always make sure i eat either potato, rice or pasta for dinner too because they're filling. I'm not really that keen on Weight watchers meals personally, but you're right, I think that if you are going to eat them you need to eat them with lots of vegetables or salad to bulk them out. i just think that for the points value I could have a baked potato with tuna and mayo..more filling, more tasty. Hope this helps. x
